Select the applicable flange standard. B16.5 is typically used up to NPS 24; B16.47 Series A/B for NPS 26 and larger. Series A is heavier; Series B is more compact.

Select the nominal pressure class. Final pressure suitability is verified during review.

Select the material or closest available equivalent. Add details in the notes if needed.

Only bolt/stud materials valid for the selected standard, size and bolt diameter are shown.

Optional. Select only if a spacer, spade, blind or similar item is included.

Select the pipe schedule if known. If unknown, leave the default value or mention it in the notes.

Calculation input

Select lubricant, then choose whether to use coefficient µ or K factor.

Final pressure suitability will be verified during the calculation review.
